This is simply the idea behind Al Rajhi’s “Mokafaa” (Rewards) program.

Mokafaa is a points-based loyalty program where you collect points by Shopping with your Al Rajhi Bank card,
 And you can redeem them at more than 170 partners across the Kingdom!
 You can convert your points to cash, send them to your loved ones, or even donate them to charitable organizations.

The campaign’s goal was to introduce Al Rajhi customers to this program, And we wanted to say:
Pick and buy.



The campaign video told the story of loyalty in a unique way!
It narrated the many benefits that
Mokafaa offers customers,
And the story of generosity that is no stranger to Al Rajhi Bank,
A bank that understands you and your needs,
Offering you a wide range of options and benefits.


Because Al Rajhi’s customers deserve it, Al Rajhi decided to reward them for their loyalty and say, “Buy and choose” your next gift however you like.

Exchange your points for purchases, and we took the direction to another level through campaign designs that enhance and enrich this concept!



We successfully partnered with Al Rajhi to raise awareness about the loyalty program,

explaining creatively the benefits offered by Mokafaa to customers, The Mokafaa program, which gives generously and adds more!
