A campaign extended for 25 days

3 phases for the campaign…

This is a different campaign because it was extended to 25 days and was divided into three phases:
(Preparing the championship channels’ interfaces, selling the event tickets, building a strong foundation for the upcoming championships)


Phase of preparing the championship channels’ interfaces

Before the official announcement of the championship, all the official championship channels must be ready, such as: the website, ticket-selling platforms, electronic brochures, and others.

We worked on many outputs aiming to raise awareness of the championship, with sales messages directing to the official website.

Then we promoted the outputs on multiple channels to ensure reaching the target audience.

We used influencers to announce before the start of the championship and for coverage during the championship, in order to reach four different segments.


Phase of building a foundation for the upcoming championships

A full team from TTP was present inside the championship event to accelerate the process of operating the coverage.


Campaign results

Within just a few days, all tickets to attend the championship were sold out, and the championship’s reputation reached a large audience, and this is what helps in reaching them again in the upcoming championships.
